NIC boss wants cooperation from industry players

The Commissioner of Insurance at the National Insurance Commission (NIC), Miss Lydia Lariba Bawa, has called for support and collaboration between the commission and insurance companies.

She made the call during her maiden meeting with chief executive officers and managing directors of insurance companies since her appointment as commissioner.

She assured them of an open-door policy, indicating her readiness for interaction to elevate the industry to greater heights.

The President of the Ghana Insurers Association, Mr Kwame Gazo Agbenyadzie, gave an assurance that the association was committed to supporting and cooperating with her to propel the industry forward.
