Mac Ghana donates 10 vehicles to Covid-19 Trust Fund

Mac Ghana, distributors of GM and Isuzu vehicles in Ghana has donated 10 Chevrolet Cobalt salon vehicles to the Covid-19 National Trust Fund to aid Ghana in its fight against the Covid-19 pandemic in Ghana.

Presenting the vehicles, the Head of Sales and Marketing of MAC Ghana, Mr Maneesh Raseen, said the company was motivated to present the 10 vehicles by the exemplary leadership, strenuous efforts and decisive decisions taken by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in the fight against the Coronavirus.

"The President has been leading the fight against the virus and we at MAC Ghana will want to support the President and government in that direction,” he stated.

The Chief of Staff, Mr Akosua Frema Osei Opare, who received the vehicles on behalf of the National Trust Fund thanked MAC Ghana for the kind gesture and promised that the cars will be put to good use.

"I can assure MAC Ghana that these cars will be put to good use and used for the right purpose," Chief of Staff said.

The Country General Manager of MAC Ghana, Mr Aditya Arora, expressed the hope that the contribution will be used for providing transportation services for members of health teams in these difficult times.

Also present at the donation ceremony was the Finance Manager MAC Ghana, Mr Sherif Shohdy.
