Kpassa crude confirmed to be clean diesel

The official said the diesel oil was suspected to be the residue left behind in an underground tank for the purpose of a project undertaken in the area in the past years.

He said  the area of discovery formed part of the Voltaic Basin which had been identified to be endowed with some oil deposits.

The official said it was possible to struck oil at such a low level from the earth’s surface.
