IndigoHomes commits to sustainable residential development

IndigoHomes Ghana Limited has reaffirmed its commitment to green living and sustainable residential development.

“The enthusiasm we experienced from our OyarifaPark homeowners reinforces the appreciation of our design philosophy.
We are committed to creating vibrant, sustainable communities with our 3rd project – GreenwichPark – setting a standard for residential living in Ghana and the opportunity for residents and homeowners to love where they live,” the Founder and CEO of IndigoHomes, Cheryl Mills, said.

She was speaking during a ceremony to hand over OyarifaPark, one of the company’s projects, which has been completed and sold out.

Featuring 200 homes across 15 acres, including 2 acres of green spaces, a clubhouse, a multipurpose sports court, a children’s playground and a swimming pool, she said the OyarifaPark community enjoyed wide paved roads, tree-lined walkways that doubles as jogging tracks and beautiful landscaped green areas, enhancing residents' lifestyle and embrace of modern living.

She also announced IndigoHomes newest project in Ghana dubbed: ‘GreenwichPark’.

The 19-acre community is located adjacent to the Tema Motorway, just a 30-minute drive from Kotoka International Airport and close to the Borteyman Stadium.

The project will feature 2.5 acres of parks and boulevard walkways, with townhomes that mirror those in IndigoHomes’ previous projects, capitalising on the success and positive reception of its designs by homeowners and residents.

She indicated that as an investor, she has a mandate to ensure she provides her clients with the best by completing all the rooms and everything that needs to be done in the facility.

“Our objective is to ensure that when individuals receive their homes, every element of the home is completed and there’s nothing they should worry about”, she said.

She affirmed her target for choosing to invest in Ghana and encouraged all investors to come and work in Ghana as a way of contributing to the economic growth of the country.

“There will be the opportunities for individuals to buy homes and we also look to inspire those in the diaspora to bring investments in dollars because that helps the economy here in Ghana,” Ms Mills said.
