The interaction was part of the company’s financial enablement summit which sought to explain the benefits of various banking and financial products of the company to businesses and shop owners.

Client relationship managers of the company, within the catchment area of the market storming event, predominantly from the Akweteyman, Kwashieman, Lapaz and the Osu branches, interacted with the potential customers by taking them through the features of the products and services offered by Global Access Savings and Loans Limited.

It was also an opportunity for the company to open savings and current accounts for some of the business and shop owners after they had been taken through some of the banking products.

Partnership with vodafone

The company had earlier partnered Vodafone Business Solution to organise a fair for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kumasi.

The fair, dubbed,  ‘Adwuma Ho Nkitahodie’, provided an interactive platform to educate SMEs, as well as enable them to fraternise and share ideas that could impact positively on their growth in the region.

The positive feedbacks from the ‘Adwuma Ho Nkitahodie’ SME Fair in Kumasi compelled Global Access to repeat the exercise in Accra by partnering Vodafone Business Solutions again to interact with the SMEs operating in Accra business district on how to support them with relevant banking solutions.

The three (3) day empowerment summit, dubbed: ‘Dreaming Africa’ is to drum home the relevance and growth of  SMEs to the socio-economic development of the country.
