Africa’s premier human resource technology firm, SeamlessHR, has announced its transformation into Seamless Technologies, a move that signals a strategic expansion of its operations and a renewed commitment to the Ghanaian market.
The company, which will now operate in Ghana under the new brand identity, unveiled its vision to build comprehensive technology solutions that power work, business and everyday life across the continent.
The rebrand consolidates its growing portfolio of workforce technology and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions under one unified identity, catering to organisations of all sizes.
Speaking at the launch in Accra, the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Seamless Technologies, Dr Emmanuel Okeleji, emphasised the company’s long-term vision.
“This evolution reflects the company we have become and the future we are building. Over the years, we have helped organisations transform how they manage their people.
Today, we are expanding that vision by developing technology that supports different types of work and different kinds of businesses,” Dr Okeleji stated.
He added, “Ghana remains a strategic market for us, and we are excited to continue investing in solutions that help organisations become more productive while creating better experiences for their people.”
Central to this evolution is the expansion of its workforce technology platform to support both white-collar and blue-collar workforces.
While its existing platform for white-collar businesses digitises the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and performance management—the company is introducing a dedicated solution for frontline and shift-based workers.
This new solution, dubbed BWOP (Blue Collar Operations Platform), is purpose-built for industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, agriculture, hospitality and services.
BWOP enables organisations to automate attendance and time tracking, manage payroll and employee records, and improve workforce communication through a mobile-first experience.
Supporting the platform is ‘Samira’, the company’s artificial intelligence layer. Samira is designed to automate routine administrative tasks, generate actionable business insights, and simplify employee interactions with workplace technology, making work more intuitive and efficient.
Transition
A director at SeamlessHR,Kris Senanu, noted that the transition to Seamless Technologies positions the company for continued innovation.
“The transition reflects the company’s long-term vision to build technology that solves a broader range of business challenges across Africa.
It strengthens our ability to deliver lasting value to customers, partners, and the markets we serve,” Mr Senanu said.
Seamless Technologies currently serves more than 1,500 medium and large organisations across multiple African markets.
Headquartered in Nigeria, the company also has operational bases in Ghana, Uganda and Kenya, and has raised over $20 million in funding to accelerate innovation and expand access to economic opportunities across the continent.
