First Capital adjudged 10th best company

First Capital Plus (FCP), an indigenous savings and loans company, has been ranked the 10th best performing company at the Ghana Club 100 Awards organised by the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC).

Per the rankings, FCP is the highest performing company in the banking/savings and loans industry, barely three years after entering the industry.

The Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr John Kofi Mensah, after receiving the award, said "We are delighted to be part of Ghana's top performing companies, but surprised at being the 10th best performing company for the year 2012. We are grateful to our staff, customers and stakeholders for making it possible."

The Head of Marketing & Corporate Affairs, Nana Yaw Kesse, also could not hide his excitement about their award.

"We are excited about this award, and we believe that being recognised as part of Ghana's elite club is a major achievement; more so as the best performer among the banking/savings and loans companies for the year 2012 is phenomenal.  We will strive to consistently deliver value to our customers," he said.
