Dr Ayesha Hakeem appointed to CSR Board

The Board of Trustees is the highest decision making body of the foundation and, with its technical committees, it plays a supervisory and facilitative role and coordinates and collaborates with the chief executive officer who is the head of administration to ensure the execution of all programmes and activities of the foundation.

The Board of Trustees is chaired by the eminent PR Consultant and CSR Expert, Mr Joseph Emmanuel Allotey-Pappoe.

Other members of the board include, a Retired Banker and Corporate Affairs Practitioner, Mr Willing Vanderpuije, who is the Vice Chairman of the Foundation; a Marketing Communications Practitioner, Mr Boahene Asamoah; Communications Consultant and CSR Specialist,  Mr Kweku Rockson; a Public Relations and Communications Consultant, Mrs Vicky Wireko-Andoh; the Chair, Growth and Employment Platform, Building Stronger Universities Project, University of Ghana, Professor Robert Ebo Hinson and the Chief Executive Officer of the foundation, Mr Byron Nana Taylor.

The CSR Foundation was established by a corps of distinguished professionals in marketing, public relations and CSR experts with a vision to create a society of CSR committed and compliant corporate citizens and individuals.
