The Chief Executive Officer of Blue Rose Estate Ltd, Eric Ebo Acquah, has received the Leadership Excellence Award in the Affordable Housing Category at the 10th Ghana CEO Summit.
Organised by the CEO Network Ghana in partnership with Deloitte, PwC, EY, and the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), the award was held at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra, Ghana.
The event focused on addressing macroeconomic challenges and driving private-sector-led growth. It was on the theme: "Accelerating Ghana's Economic Transformation: Driving Bold Reforms through Leadership, Technology, and Industrialisation – From Vision to Action."
Mr Acquah said the recognition was not a personal achievement but a testament to the dedication, hard work, and commitment of the entire team at Blue Rose Limited.

The following year, he was adjudged the Most Respected CEO in Africa (Real Estate category) at the 5th Africa’s Most Respected CEO (AMRCEO) Awards organised by The Business Executive in Nairobi, Kenya, at the Africa CEO Conference in Nairobi.
