The construction of the first five-star mixed-use luxury residential development in Accra is nearing completion. It is adjacent to the Moevenpick Ambassador Hotel. The project is on schedule to commence a phased turnover process in December of 2015.
The project is being developed by KHI Ghana 01 in partnership with MAN Enterprise. It started in June last year and the first “City Home” was completed in March this year.
