Airtel outdoors exclusive premier retail shop
Airtel Ghana has launched an exclusive premier retail shop at the A&C Mall, East Legon in Accra.

The exclusive shop will feature a deluxe suite of Airtel Ghana services and products.
The grand opening Friday was spiced with an exclusive cocktail party graced by some premier customers, celebrities and Accra socialites.
Speaking at the ceremony, Airtel’s Customer Experience Director, Rosy Fyn said that today’s customers demand accessibility and superior customer service, 24/7, across multiple channels. And while the premier retail shop was an apt response to that quest, it would also be further way of gaining key insights into the growing needs of their customers.
“This exclusive, premier retail store brings the brand to life in a new and exciting way, with an assortment of relevant and tailor-made products and services,” she said, and added that the focus of the premier retail shop would be for premier customers to enjoy a unique service.
The store boasts of an array of state-of-the-art phones, connectivity options, and Airtel premier products and services that promise to transform the social and professional lives of its customers.
She also highlighted the Airtel loyalty rewards programme, which allows premier customers to earn points when they use their lines and redeem benefits and discounts from partners including hotels, automobile and electronic companies as well as free access to over 700 VIP Airport lounges worldwide.
Mr Donald Gwira, Head of Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility at Airtel, said the services offered to Airtel premier customers and new customers alike were perfect.

Guests at the event enjoyed a variety of drinks and were entertained by musician Akwaboah, (Gladstorm Kwabena Akwaboah) as the programme wrapped up with one lucky customer walking away with the latest Samsung S6 Edge smartphone in a lucky dip.
