Afro-Arab CEO named Best Youth in Real Estate Dev't

The CEO of the Afro-Arab Group of Companies, Alhaji Salamu Amadu has been named the Best Youth in Real Estate Development at the fourth edition of the 2021 Youth Excellence Awards Africa held last Friday in Accra.

The award was in recognition of the Afro Villa Apartments development currently ongoing at Ningo Prampram which is offering five-year interest free mortgages.

Alhaji Salamu's award was received on his behalf by the CEO of the EIB Network, Bola Ray.

However, Alhaji Salamu who is currently out of the country on a business trip took to Facebook to reiterate his commitment to provide affordable housing to low and middle income earners in Ghana.

He posted: "I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for the prayers , the support and the votes 🗳 congratulations 🎊 to you all we have Won 🏆 💙

'I promise to inshallah help reduce the housing deficit in Ghana 🇬🇭 by proving decent, quality, luxury, affordable and accessible housing for the low and middle income earners in Ghana 🇬🇭 and for the first time interest free Mortgage".
