Sapholda Hockey League resumes today

Trustees would be hoping to maintain their one-point lead in the men's division when the second round of the Sapholda Hockey League resumes today at the Theodosia Okoh Stadium after a two-week break.

Only two points separate the top three teams in the men's division and Trustees will be hoping to add to their 15 points tally when they face bottom club Legon Knights.

Another week eight clash will pit third-placed Exchequers (13 points) against fifth-placed Reformers in an interesting encounter. Second-placed Ghana Revenue Authority (14 points) will also take on second-from-the-bottom Ark Men (three points).

In the only women's clash of the round, fourth-placed Ark Ladies could move to joint-third with Extinguishers if they emerge victorious today.

In the Masters League, free-scoring Sapholda (12 points) will be gunning for their fifth successive win when they play fourth-placed Golden Sticks (four points), while Multistix battle NDK Financiers in another clash.

In the youth league, 10-point leaders Real Ambassadors will lock horns with Ark Boys and Young Financiers contend with Tema Manhean.
