It saw the participants walking  from the El-Wak stadium to the 37 Military Hospital through the Kawukudi Park, the Nima Police Station, the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, the Ako-Adjei Interchange, the Flagstaff House, Christ the King Church, the Cantonments Post Office and back to where it started.

After the over two-hour walk, the staff were taken through some rigorous aerobics, led by some officers from the military.

In his address the Managing Director of ADB, Mr Daniel Asiedu, said such events were very important, explaining that the "worth of a nation is the wealth of its people."
