Three Volunteer groups of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) who have been working together in the 2016 campaign of the party, Professionals for Change, Loyal ladies and Zongo Ladies for Nana were at the Ablekuma West Constituency over the weekend to share Nana Addo’s message of hope with the constituents.

Coordinator of the groups, Kofi Ofosu who spoke after a door to door campaign, stated that they visited Ablekuma West in order to help increase the votes of the NPP's Presidential candidate Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP's Parliamentary Candidate Ursula Owusu Ekuful.

With the help of many health professionals who are members of the groups, they organized a free medical screening exercise  and provided medication for some basic ailments afflicting constituents at Mpoase, one of the underdeveloped and densely populated areas in the Constituency.

In all, over 500 people were attended to by the team.

Residents of the community were full of praise for members for the free screening exercise.

Another sub-group canvassed for votes in Akweibu, a suburb in Mansralour electoral area.

Here members pasted posters of Nana and Ursula and interacted with voters in their homes. The electorates were very receptive of the hope message and assured the group of a high voter turnout during the polls.
