Let’s be circumspect in utterances
A Ghanaian international preacher based in the United States of America (USA), Rev. Joseph A. Quist, has appealed to the public to be circumspect in their utterances during this political season.

According to him, Ghana was known for peace, for which reason individuals needed to be careful in their utterances for peace to prevail.
”In spite of the fact that we want to win the heart of the public, I want to plead with politicians and other stakeholders that whenever we are speaking, we should be circumspect in our speech,”he explained.
Leadership seminar
Rev. Quist, who is the head Pastor of Innerlife Chapel International (ICI), Jacksonville, Florida, made the call at a two-day strategic leadership seminar in Accra last Wednesday.
The seminar, which aimed at addressing issues challenging good leadership spiritually and physically, was on the theme: “The principles of strategic leadership.”
The event was organised by a fellowship called Rulers of Zion Outreach Ministries (RZOM).
Participants included the Founder and President of ADG Ministries, Apostle Donald Graham from the USA, and Bishop Leopold Quartey of Ghana.
Peaceful elections
Speaking on the elections, Rev. Quist urged pastors and other religious leaders to preach on peace for the country to enjoy peace before, during and after the November polls.
Oneness, he opined, must be the focus of Ghanaians because,” the lack of unity in the body of Christ is affecting the Church today and this ends up inevitably affecting the country and the continent as a whole”.
The Founder and President of RZOM, Dr Edith Kuukua Bensah, was grateful to Rev. Quist and urged participants to emulate his teaching in addressing their challenges.
“The need for each one of us to develop a spiritual perspective and think strategically to help direct and build capacity to practise good leadership in the country is important, “she stated.
