The two are Alistair Nelson and Godwin Ako Gunn, alleged to have threatened the lives of Ghanaian judges while engaged in a live discussion programme on Accra-based Montie FM.

Also summoned to appear are the owner of the radio station and host of the programme, Pampaso.

Justice Sule Gbadegbe read out the invitations on Tuesday when the court empanelled to revisit the Abu Ramadan vs the Electoral Commission case over the national electoral register.

Other members of the panel were the Chief Justice Georgina Wood, Justices Anin  Yeboah, A.A Benin and Paul Baffoe-Bonnie.

Alistair Nelson has since the programme issued a public apology over his comments, while other commentaries suggest Ako Gunn was not part of the programme and could be a case of mistaken identity.
