Named Manse Complex, the facility, which consists of two children service departments and conference halls also has a four bedroom apartment for the resident pastor.

The resident pastor hitherto was living in a rented apartment while the children worshipped under rented canopies.

Delivering his sermon before handing over the facility to the resident pastor, the chairperson of the Ga West Presbytery, Reverend Daniel Nyarko, admonished Christians to be sensitive to the plight of the needy.

He stated that, it was the responsibility of Christians to emulate the life of Christ adding that one of the most important acts that could lead a person to heaven was kindness.

He said when a person refused to have pity or mercy on the poor and vulnerable, it doesn’t please God almighty.

“Learn to be each other’s keeper, be kind and compassionate to one another just as the Bible directs us. There is no gain in hatred and hypocrisy so let us try our best to live a pious life to the glorification of our creator,” he stressed.

According to Rev Nyarko, being spiritually inclined was very important because it draws one closer to God.

He said that until the spiritual eyes of Christians were opened, they would keep making avoidable mistakes.

The resident pastor of the church, Rev Emmanuel Awatey Annen, expressed gratitude to God for making it possible for the church to put up the edifice.

He advised the church members to continue to live lives that were pleasing to the creator to enable them to go to heaven.

Rev Annen encouraged Ghanaians to take their Christian lives seriously by engaging themselves more in church activities and praying fervently always.
