Golden Tulip Kumasi City engages clients
Golden Tulip Kumasi City has engaged its clients in a cocktail session to update them on new developments and also solicit feedback on services.

The event, which was held at the facility’s conference room, brought together its corporate clients in the Kumasi Metropolis. The hotel also used the opportunity to introduce Mr Stephane Robert, who has assumed the position of General Manager to clients.
The Sales and Marketing Manager of the hotel, who made the introduction on behalf of the hotel, said Mr Stephane Robert joined the Golden Tulip Kumasi City from Memling Hotel in Kinshasa.
He began his career with four seasons in Paris, followed by various leadership positions in Food and Beverages and Operations working for international hotel chain such as Rocco forte, Sheraton, Radisson Intercontinental in various countries: France, England, Switzerland, Kuwait, Algeria, French Polynesia, Tunisia, U.A.E, Kenya, Nigeria and DR Congo.
Mr Robert has over 30 years in the hospitality industry.
Addressing the gathering, Mr Robert expressed delight to have the opportunity to join and work in the Golden Tulip Chain and also the “great historical culture, Garden City of Ghana, Kumasi.
He outlined some of the goals of his term as the general manager of the hotel and said he would be committed to making the hotel the best and preferred hospitality destination, where all the needs of guests, be it accommodation, dining, entertainment and relaxation would be met at one location.
Ms Senoo elaborated on the new developments and innovations to the hotel’s services and products, including the Saturday themed nights; South African/Lesotho night, Spanish and Italian night, From the sea and barbecue nights, Happy hour and the weekly Sunday brunch and the Gourmet passport which is an exciting new Food and Beverage loyalty programme where one enjoys much more for less.
She entreated clients to enjoy the novelties and pledged to give more to their utmost satisfaction.
