The project by Ms Gladys Boanerges Anku, a teacher at Akpafo Senior High Technical School in the Volta Region, uses the hydraform technology, and is one of the project works from the Department of Construction and Wood Technology Education.

She was among the 8,518 students who graduated at the 4th and 5th sessions of the 19th congregation of the university on Thursday.

The hydraform building technology, which is popular in South Africa, conserves energy and prevents heat from entering the chamber.

The technology could maintain  room temperature up to zero degrees.
