Rapperholic concert on Christmas day
Award winning Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie will on December 25 hold the fourth edition of his Rapperholic concert at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC). Last year, the event featured Wizkid, Fuse ODG, Shatta Wale, Samini, R2bees, and EL and this year, Sarkodie has promised more surprise acts from different African countries.

“There will be surprises on December 25 but for now I want to hold onto the names of the artistes on the bill. Trust me anyone who makes it on the day will not regret. We will have the best of artistes from the other countries joining me on stage” Sarkodie said during the launch of his Rapperholic concert at Accra City Hotel last Wednesday.
Put together by Sarkcess Music in collaboration with A- Team Production, Sarkodie said all previous events have been successful and he intends to turn the notch a level higher this year.
According to him, Ghanaians have fallen for the Rapperholic concert since it started in 2011 and he believes it is because he is doing something great.
“The positive comments I receive every year makes me always want to put up a great show and thank God Ghanaians always come out in their numbers for the show” he added.
Since the release of his debut album Makye in 2009, Sarkodie has accrued numerous awards and nominations including a total of 15 major awards and a whopping 38 nominations at the Ghana Music Awards, 14 Awards at the 4syte Music Video Awards and one award as the BET Best International Act.
His own tours has taken him to Europe where he headlined and sold out concerts at the world famous O2 Arena in London and The Apollo Theatre in New York with thrilling performances.
He has performed alongside international acts including Busta Rhymes, Ludacris, Miguel, Fuse ODG, Banky W, Wiz Kid, Fally Ipupa in several African countries including Nigeria, South Africa, Gabon, Kenya, Benin and Liberia.
