Becky Bonney, others for School of Worship

Gospel musician, Becky Bonney will be one of the main speakers at this year’s annual School of Worship Conference which comes off on Saturday, August 20, at the Ghana Police Church, Police Training School, Tesano, Accra.  

The 8:30 am event under the theme, ‘The Lifestyle Worshipper Declaring His Glory’, will also feature other speakers and ministers such as Cynthia McCauley of Bohye fame, Psalmist Odei, Rev Mrs Mary Koduah and Christian Essel both pastors at Solid Rock Chapel and Francis Manu, a biologist and evangelist. 

Activities lined up for the event which aims at imparting great and quality knowledge on praise and worship in the church will include teachings on topics such as ‘Worshipping with your substance and Accessing the throne’.

There will also be drama and dance by Deployed To Impart Group as well as worship sessions led by Cynthia McCauley, Becky Bonney and many others.

Organised by Kolor-Aphrik Consults and SOW Tabernacle Choir, School of Worship, pioneered by its president, Pastor Paul Essel has been in existence since 2014.

In an interview with Showbiz last Tuesday, Pastor Paul Essel said “we have realised that a lot of believers, especially the youth see praise and worship as entertainment but that should not be the case. We need to teach people the right things to do in church”.
