Stanbic Bank launches Achiever Banking service
Stanbic Bank has launched the Stanbic Achiever Banking, a digitally-led customer value proposition that is tailor-made to meet the needs of young professionals and middle class.

It is to aid their progress to the top of the corporate ladder.
The Head of Personal Markets at Stanbic Bank, Mrs Hannah Annobil-Acquah, explained that the achiever value proposition was designed for anyone who earned a regular income between GH¢700 and GH¢3,499.
“Before we came out with the proposition, we met a group of customers and asked what they wanted their bank to do for them,” she said. “They said they wanted a bank that thinks about them, supports them, gives them value and helps them to save. All of this should be under one fee. Achiever Banking is thus designed to do just that,” she said.

The Stanbic Bank achiever banking comes with various packages aimed at giving clients swifter access to a wide range of transactional products, digital channels, insurance packages, targeted savings and quick loans all at a bundled cost of GH¢20 per month.
Mrs Annobil- Acquah said the achiever banking comprised Achiever Pass, Achiever Life, Achiever Link, Achiever Pay and Achiever Cash.
The Achiever Life package is a retrenchment cover that offers customers GH¢1000 a month for three months in the event that they lose jobs.
It also includes a 10 per cent discount on motor insurance as well as the hospital cash cover with, which the bank supports clients with GHC100 for 180 days in the event that they are hospitalised after an accident.
“The achiever cash package also comes with short term financing facilities such as a pre-approved overdraft of up to 50 per cent of a client’s net salary and access to lifestyle loans in less than 24 hours,” the Head of Personal Markets said.
She added that the achiever pay package offered a myriad of cashless payment options through the Stanbic Bank’s VISA Card and other payment platforms such as Slyde Pay, E-ZWICH and Mobile Money.
She thus advised customers who fall within the salary range of GH¢700 and GH¢3,499 to sign up for the Achiever Banking service.
