My Busy4G app launched

BUSY has launched its new mobile app for android devices. The mobile app, My Busy4G, is to enhance customer experience for all Busy4G users, while empowering them to enjoy self-service at all times.

Customers can download the app, My Busy4G mobile app, from google play store and log in to the self-care service using their unique login details.

Welcoming the customers, the Chief Executive Officer of Busy, Mr Praveen Sadalage, reiterated Busy’s commitment to the large corporate institutions, small to medium enterprises and SOHOs (Small Office Home Office). 

In line with that commitment, he indicated that Busy had invested its service infrastructure to enable it to meet the growing demands of the business sector.

Introducing Busy’s products and services, Mr Sadalage said they included Internet access that come as either unlimited Internet or business data bundles. 

The unlimited Internet service, he explained, had two subcategories - the business Max Internet packages for small and medium-sized companies or the business Ultra Internet packages for medium to large businesses. 

Mr Sadalage also indicated that the company offered various Internet bundles for small offices and home offices on its 4G LTE network.

Launching the mobile app, the Head of Marketing, Mrs Linda Narh, indicated that the launch of My Busy4G mobile app was to provide convenience, ease of accessibility and speedy response to all customer needs.

She said with the application, customers could easily top up and bundle data, track their data usage and take full control of their data usage on the Busy 4G network.
