Ping-pong League resumes Sat

The second round of the National Table Tennis League has been rescheduled for this Saturday at the D.G.Hathiramani Sports Hall of the Accra Sports Stadium with some thrilling encounters.

The competition, which was originally slated for last Saturday, June 4, was postponed after the organisers failed to get access to the D.G. Hathiramani Hall.

 Just like the first round, Immigration and Police will re-open their fight for the top of the table against some tough opposition.

League leaders, Immigration, face fourth-placed Fire Service, while  fifth-placed Prisons take on third-placed Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Customs Division before Army, who are eighth on the ladder, clash with Mamprobi Synergy.

In the other first round matches, Navy battle Madina Stars, while Police, who are second, clash with Koforidua White Loopers. Other matches are Kings Royal Academy versus EMEFS, Ashaiman Power Club versus Ashanti Monetary County, Power Club versus Kings Royal Academy, Ashanti Monetary County versus Police,  and Team Baboo face EMEFS in the second games of the day.

The rest are White Loopers versus Navy, Spinners lock horns with Army, Madina Club battle Prisons, while Mamprobi Synergy engage Fire Service.
