Paul Gascoigne charged with sexual assault

Former England football star Paul Gascoigne has been charged with the sexual assault of a woman on a train from York to Durham. The incident is said to have taken place on a CrossCountry train on 20 August.
Mr Gascoigne, 51, has been charged with one count of sexual assault by touching.
He's due to appear at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court on 11 December.
