Dreams FC mascot visits Graphic

The communications unit of Dreams FC yesterday embarked on a tour with club mascot — Believer — to some selected media houses in the capital to bond with them and also intensify publicity for the upcoming Ghana Premier League season.

The mascot visited the Graphic offices, GhOne TV, Agoo TV, Asempa FM, and TV3 to interact with staff in the company of the head of Dreams FC communications team, Henry Asante Twum and his assistant, Derrick Okraku.

“This tour is very important to us as a brand because it will help to increase our publicity for the upcoming league season and we are grateful for the reception accorded Believer by the staff of the various companies we visited,” said Mr Asante Twum.

“We plan to visit the locals of Akuapem next week and there is a proposed roadshow on Wednesday. There will also be Muslim prayers at the Akropong Mosque on Friday to be followed by Christian service at one of the Presbyterian churches at Dawu on Sunday,” he added.

Ahead of the new football season, Dreams FC, who have returned to the Ghana Premier League, unveiled their mascot at the M-Plaza Hotel in Accra last month to generate passion for the game.

The Dawu-based club used the ceremony to also unveil their kit and new logo to reflect their businesslike and professional status and re-emphasise the importance of branding in the industry.

They also announced partnership deals with Paradise Drinking Water and MVision Entertainment, that have become the club’s official water sponsor and entertainment partners respectively.
