Astros Football Academy will on Saturday, September 15 hold a fundraising dinner event to raise funds in aid of grassroots football in the country.
The Academy has been in existence for five years and has championed the development of football in the country with the establishment of Astros Football Academy.
The event which slated for the Holiday Inn Hotel in Accra is sponsored by MPH Company, dealers in excavator machines.
Other sponsors include Electronics Company NASCO, Sportswear company Decathlon, Lord of the Wings Restaurant, Zebra Aluminium Company and Lara Mart.
The Chief Executive Officer of Astros Academy, Wessam Moussallem is bent on seeing football grow in the country after the establishment of the Academy.
The fund raising event will see agents and football fanatics come around to grace the occasion.
In March, at the Launch of the Academy, the organization stated their intention to help young footballers realize their dreams of playing football in Europe.
Astros Academy invited agents and coaches to the event held at the Plush Lord of the Wings Restaurant in East Legon.
