But for the poor patronage, the Iam TiC Concert, organised by Hiplife artiste Tic, on Friday, December 21, would have gone down as one of the best shows to kick off this year's Christmas festivities.
By the time the seven-hour show was over, not even a quarter of the Bukom Boxing Arena, where the concert came off, was full and that was about the only minus about the event.
The few patrons who made to the venue however, got their monies worth as musicians like VVIP, Bright of Buk Bak, Article Wan, Nana Boroo, KiDi, Kuami Eugene, Keche, Nii Funny, Nero X, Shegah among others took turns to thrill them, after they had waited for a long while.
The show started at 10:20pm with VVIP who performed some of their hit songs back to back. The three, made up of Reggie Rockstone, Zeal and Prodigal were delightful to watch when they hit the stage dishing out songs like Selfie, Dogo Yaro, among others and the audience really responded well to them.
VVIP did a great job
And there was quite the performance from Bright of Buk Bak, who with his great voice, delivered great renditions of some of their hit songs like Skolom, Gonja Barracks, I'm Going To Come and the audience just couldn't get enough of him when he ended.
Bright of Buk Bak fame
With likes of Article Wan, Nana Boroo, KiDi, Kuami Eugene, Keche, Nii Funny, Nero X, Shegah turning in some good performances, everyone was just waiting on the man of the night, TiC, and what he would do.
TiC came on stage ready to deliver an upper cut
And he delivered a show that deserved more people to see than the number of people who showed up for the concert. He made his appearance around 2:30 am on Saturday, dressed like a boxer, complete with an orange boxing robe and gloves.
He kicked off his performance with some of his old hit tunes like Kangaroo, Fefe Nefe, Philomena before introducing Kuami Eugene and KiDi, with whom he had collaborated on Kwani Kwani 2 and Pe Ne Mame to join him on stage.

The Lynx Entertainment signees had fun with Tic on the stage and gave off their best and the patrons there also enjoyed the show.
The concert, hosted by comedian, DKB, wouldn't have been complete without the appearance of Bukom Banku and Akuapem Polo, who gave it an added spice.
DKB was a good host
I am TiC was a good concert and the lack of patrons should not discourage the Hiplife musician from making it an annual event like he wants to.
