EVERGREEN Gospel group, Daughters Of Glorious Jesus, were at the Graphic Communications Group Limited on Monday, January 14 as part of a media tour to celebrate their 30th anniversary in the industry.

Led by their manager, Andy Favoured, the group made up of Cynthia Appiadu, Edna Sarpong and Monica Owusu-Ansah, presented a citation and a cake to Graphic in appreciation for all the support the company has given to their brand.

The citation read: "For 30 years of singing the Gospel in Ghana, your media outfit has been one of the major platforms that has propelled us to greater heights, God richly bless you and expand your territories. We are indeed grateful for the overwhelming support you have given to our ministry over the years."

The short presentation couldn’t have ended without a song and the two members present, Cynthia and Edna gave a freestyle.

Speaking with Showbiz afterwards Cynthia Appiadu said they decided to start their media tour from the Graphic Communications Group because of the long standing relationship they have with the outfit,

“We appreciate the work Graphic has done for us over the years and as we celebrate our 30th anniversary in the gospel industry, we thought it wise to come here first and celebrate with you,” she said.

Edna Sarpong said the trio have a line-up of activities they will be embarking on nationwide as part of their celebration.

She disclosed that they plan on staging a concert featuring all the top Gospel artistes. “We will be embarking on a nationwide tour to thank our loyal fans for the love they have shown us over the years,” she said.
