Sakasaka Park in Ashaiman was transformed into an electrifying jamming grounds on Saturday(27:10:2018) when it played host to great performances from a good number of Ghanaian artistes who came to support Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy at his annual Ashaiman to the World concert.
This year’s edition had a tall list of Ghanaian artistes—from up and coming artistes to some of the nation’s top performers storming the stage to entertain the huge crowd that thronged the venue.
Infact, it was as if the stars had fallen from the sky and landed on the Sakasaka Park on Saturday night.
Stonebwoy had a good show
In addition to Stonebwoy, some of the stars at the concert included Samini, Sarkodie, Episode, Kofi Kinata, Article Wan, Obibinii and Nautica.
The rest are D Cryme, Liwin, Donzy, Okomfo Kwadee, KelvinBwoy, Edem, D-Black, Guru, Teephlow, Kwaw Kese and many more.
Guru was amazing on the night
The concert jammed from when it started till it ended in the early hours of Sunday(28:10:2018) morning.
Rapper Sarkodie literally brought the venue to a standstill with a stellar performance that saw the crowd singing along with him all the way.
The Sarknation Boss's 15 minutes-performance on the evening saw him dropping some of his hit songs that got the crowd fired up asking for more.
Stonebwoy finally mounted the stage at 2:35 am amid wild cheers from the excited crowd. He treated his teeming patrons to a repertoire of his hit songs.

About 45 minutes into Stonebwoy's performance, he was joined on stage by colleague Dancehall musician, Samini and that sent patrons who were already in a frenzy to another level.

The crowd just couldn’t get enough of them and they also didn’t let their audience down as they 'killed' them with epic performances.
After his performance, Samini handed the mic back to Stonebwoy to bring the curtain down on the Ashaiman To The World concert which ended around 4:30 am on Sunday.
Each of the other acts who mounted the stage also gave a good account of themselves. Episode, Kofi Kinata, Article Wan, Obibinii, Nautica, D Cryme were the toast of fans as they sent patrons dancing to their various hit songs.
As if that was not enough, the huge crowd erupted into thunderous cheers when actor Liwin entered the stage in a ‘super hero’ costume.

The actor cum musician proved that truly he is an entertainer and electrified the stage with his songs and dance moves. He closed his act ‘spraying’ money which sent the crowd scrumbling.
Members of the Luther King Monarch band who were in the finals of 2018 edition of TV3's Talented Kidz programme were there to deliver some well packaged Root Rock Reggae tunes.
Edem was so on point
Other artistes such as Donzy, Okomfo Kwadee, KelvinBwoy, Edem, D-Black, Guru, Teephlow, Kwaw Kese and Strongman were also on point.

Ashaiman to the World concert attracted thousands of music enthusiasts and fans who not only filled the Sakasaka Park but also occupied every available space along the Tema-Ashaiman overpass as well as the Motorway near the toll booth.

During the show, the crowd would intermittently surge forward and attempt to pull down a barricade separating them and the stage but the huge deployment of security personnel, made up of the Police, Military and private security personnel at the venue managed to restore order.

Stonebwoy in a post event interview thanked the fans for their support and urged them to continue their loyalty.
He also entreated them to remain safe even as the year draw to an end.
The MP for Ashaiman, Mr Enerst Norgbey called on investors to support the arts in the area stresssing that Ashaiman is abound with talents which when harnessed, would contribute to the development of the area.
