The concert, which is the brain child of Michael-Hymns Nana K. O. Asare and powered by his Kobbie Hymns Ministries, is to praise and glorify his Maker.

A host of artistes and choirs, mainly from the Eastern Region, have been lined up to perform at the programme which promises to be a night of praise and worship.

Some of the artistes include Ohemaa Esther, Lady Frimpong; Elder Nkansah and choirs from St Luke Methodist Church, Echoes of Mercy Choir, Judah Praise Choir and several others.

Speaking to Showbiz, Mr Asare, better known as Kobbie Hymns, said the show is being held at the end of April to celebrate Christ’s resurrection as it was Easter month.

According to him, having successfully completed the Lent season, it was just appropriate to thank God with songs of praise for his providence and mercies.

Kobbie Hymns said the programme was a collaboration with other churches within the Akim Oda Diocese of the Methodist Church and will also be used to foster closer relationships among churches in the area.
