One of such artistes is Mr Mageek, who is also based in Ghana.

Although his song, titled, Another Man, released last year was fairly received by music lovers, Mr Mageek seems to have done his homework and expects his new single to catch on well with people.

The track, a Highlife piece titled, One Kain Person features Bigg Bone and entreats people to earn respect through hard work.

In an era where people are doing the same style of music or using similar sounds, Mr. Mageek’s One Kain Person does well to break from the mold.

In a chat with Showbiz, the native of Delta State, Nigeria said he loves to identifyy with Ghanaian music hence the decision to release a Highlife material.

Born Randy Raphael Okologo, Mr. Mageek started music in 2006 with a five-man high school group, NewEraz. They recorded an album titled, TDK and he relocated to Ghana in 2009.

In 2013, he released his first single Screensaver with a video shot in Ghana by Pascal Aka for Breakthrough Media, featuring Kesse and NaturalFaze.

In Ghana, he has worked with the likes of E.L, Gemini and Doni Young.
