The second edition of the Afro Talk Music Festival is slated for September 21, at the Adonko Abrantie Spot at Lapaz in Accra. The two-day event will also be held on September 22 at the Piano Bar in Teshie.

Artistes billed to perform include Kamal Afroseventy, John Christian, Prince Osito among others. With the wide range of artistes scheduled to perform at this year’s festival, the event promises to be even more thrilling than the previous edition.

Europe-based Ghanaian musician, Kamal Afroseventy and sensational USA Hip Hop and Soul artiste John Christian, Prince Osito from Spain, Arisco Lee from Switzerland and many other Ghanaian musicians including Aaron Bebe, Bastero, Afridash Band, Wekukronkron Band, Maxwell Dagaati, Elton Billions and have all confirmed their appearance.

Kamal Afroseventy told Showbiz that he is set to delight Ghanaians with his brand of music at this year’s event.

The Afro Talk Music Festival aims to bring together Afro Talk fans and all music lovers across the world to enjoy good music and celebrate the music industry.

Kamal and his Afroseventy band routinely tour countries in Europe, America and West Africa and have shared the stage with many of the biggest artistes around.

The veteran artiste began exploring his talent at an early age while drawing on his many musical and political influences including Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Haile Selassie, Sekou Ture, Nelson Mandela, Fela Kuti, Bob Marley, Osibisa aomg others.

The result of his exploration and experimentation was Afro Talk, a style combining Afrobeats, Reggae, Hip Hop, Ragga, Highlife and percussion.
