Sarkodie diss track Advice
Sarkodie and Shatta Wale

It had been a dull week on social media as nothing major was happening when bang! Sarkodie dropped a new freestyle track titled 'My Advice' and suddenly the various platforms, especially Twitter started buzzing with excitement.

In the last few weeks, Shatta Wale has hit out hard at Sarkodie and some other artistes; he has said the Adonai rapper disrespected him by not helping him shoot a video for their collaborations, 'Me Gye Wo Girl' and 'Dancehall Commando'.

He has also been claiming Sarkodie and the other musicians are all poor and it looks like Sarkodie has gotten tired of all the insults so he dropped his reply and the internet has gone crazy with some celebrities also tweeting their opinions.

Although he didn't mention names, some of his lyrics have led people to believe the song is directed at Shatta Wale. Here are some of the lines.

“Your brand [is not] strong enough, If it is strong then keep quiet. You will soon [leave]…You showed d***, one day you will show buttocks. The last thing [that I] want is attention,” he rapped.

This ‘diss’ song comes a few days to the release of Shatta Wale’s 'Reign’ album on October 13, 2018.
