After almost five years of doing commercial music, she is yet to get acknowledgment for her talent but the Fakye singer is not worried about that.

Although she expressed disappointment when she was not included in the nominees for this year’s edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA), eShun tells Showbiz that she is fine.

“Music is my passion so I’m not bothered much about not getting the recognition I need. As far as I’m doing what brings me fulfillment as a person and know my worth, I’m not bothered.

“What is important is to make a lot of money from what I do and not the attention that may not bring me any profits,” she said.

Her love for music, she said influenced her to abandon her career as radio presenter and pursue her music full time.

At the moment, she is signed to Quophimens Musik and has released songs such as Someone Loves Me, Fakye, Didadi, Meye, Simple as ABC and Yolo and the Afro Pop singer is out with another one titled, I Like.

Produced by Monie Beatz and mastered by U Beatz, I Like is a piece that encourages lovers to appreciate each other.
