NIGERIAN singer Adekunle Gold has revealed that he used to send Don Jazzy messages on social media begging for a job nine years ago.
At the time, the singer was pleading with the music producer to employ him as a graphic designer.
Adekunle Gold usually sends out emails to his dedicated fans as a means of keeping in touch with them or informing them about his latest projects.
In his latest delivery, he shared one of the experiences he had while struggling to find his feet.
In the mail, Adekunle Gold shared screenshots of his conversation with top music executive, Don Jazzy.
He introduced himself as a ‘graphics designer of magnitude’ and offered to design logos for Don Jazzy’s label at the time known as Mohits.
Later, he sent the music producer several links to songs and pleaded with him to listen to the songs and also share.
