Rabito opens 16th clinic, e-health centre

Rabito Clinic, a health facility with branches in all regions of the country, has opened a new branch and an E-Health centre at a cost of about GH¢25,000 in Dansoman, Accra.

The Administrator of the Dansoman Clinic, Ms Hertilyn Gyasiwa Akrong, told Graphic Online that the branch started operating on October 1, 2018 prior to its launch in November.

Speaking at the official opening ceremony last Friday, the Founder, Professor Edmund Delle, made special mention of some health personnel who had been with him over the years and thanked them for their support in offering healthcare to both Ghanaians and non-Ghanaians.

The Dansoman branch is the latest addition to the Rabito clinics, thus bringing the total number countrywide to 17. The new branch is also the first to go paperless in the processing of patients through the various departments including the reception, the nurses’ station, the doctors’ station, the laboratory, pharmacy and cashier.

“We also have in place the E-Health where the doctor consults with the patient online. In case the patient is outside the country and would like to have his or her health checked we do not call him to come. We also visit patients in their homes or comfort zone and have everything done with our professional personnel,” Ms Akrong said.
