The Commander of the 37 Military Hospital in Accra, Brigadier General Michael Akwasi Yeboah Agyapong, has appealed to stakeholders and other corporate bodies to support the hospital to construct an orthopaedic centre
The commander, who made the appeal at this year’s annual ball at the hospital, also expressed concerns over inadequate logistics and infrastructure in the facility which he said was putting a strain on the staff.

“Funds given to us by the government are not enough; we always have to find means in ensuring that there are drugs and other logistics to support both we the soldiers and the civilians who attend this

The Chief of the Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Seth Amoama, commended the officers and men for their efforts and sacrifices over the years which he said had helped in making the hospital a centre of excellence.
He observed that due to their collective efforts, the hospital had become a reliable and dedicated referral centre during emergencies in the face of limited resources.
