Watch Mahama preach about 'favour' on Men's Ministry Day

Former President Mahama has shared a video of himself preaching a sermon about favour on his social media pages.

The former President in a caption accompanying the post said he was "'favoured', yet again, to be chosen by my colleagues to deliver the sermon" at the Assemblies of God, Ringway Branch.

"Abraham was favoured by God because he was righteous and he did what God wanted, he did what God wanted, he did what pleased God and so he was favoured by God," former President Mahama said in the sermon.

"If you take his whole family, the only person who was selected for favour by God is Abraham and so God can select you for favour. That is if you seek his favour and if you do the things that please him," he added.

The former President also took a subtle dig at the government regarding the economy during his sermon.

"So, even in the midst of hardship, like the economy is hard a lot of people say enk) yie, things are hard. If you seek the favour of God, you will reap hundred fold even in the midst of hardship".
