Flagstaff House to Jubilee House: Twitter users react

See reactions of some Ghanaians on Twitter after pictures and a press release emerged of the renaming of the Flagstaff House to Jubliee House, on the occasion of President Akufo-Addo's 74th birthday. 

The Jubliee House which also houses the "Flagstaff House" was built at the end of ex-President Kufuor's presidency, however his immediate successor, Prof J.E. Mills never moved into it for some stated reason.

Mills' successor, John Dramami Mahama, however operated from the Flagstaff House during his tenure.

Some took to Twitter to react to this new project.

A Twitter user, with the handle: @aim6inches, tweeted "Prez Akufo Addo renames the seat of government: from FLAGSTAFF HOUSE to JUBILEE HOUSE on the his birthday!! Whether na Flagstaff ooo na Jubilee House, all that the youth are interested in is job job job"

Another with the handle "@ElvisKwakuAtta: also tweeted "We have missed the road folks. What's significant about name changing? Is it, the most important now? Flagstaff house to Jubilee house doesn't create jobs or reduce price of fuel at the pump"

"Happy Birthday Nana Akufo Addo. God bless your new age. Why did you take so long in restoring the Jubilee House name to the seat of our presidency? Now, restore the Ohene Djan Stadium quick quick. The NDC and that their Ga reasons they gave us was absolute rubbish."_@PapaPoku tweeted.
