SDA in Tamale organises free health screening and clean-up exercise

The North East district assembly of the North Ghana Mission of the Seventh Day Adventist Church has organised a clean-up exercise and health screening as part of their Pentecost 2018 campaign in Jesonayilli in the Tamale municipality.

Giving a brief speech before the exercise, Elder Kwame Boateng said the exercise formed part of the church’s crusade throughout the country to spread the Gospel of Christ.

He said besides the church preaching the word of God, it also has the health interests of its members and the general public at heart, hence the exercise.

He said people needed to be in the right frame of mind to worship God, adding that it could be achieved when people have good health and clean environment.

Elder Kwame Boateng, therefore, implored the members of the church and the public to take their health issues seriously and also keep their environment clean.
