Jehovah Witnesses to begin annual district conventions

Jehovah's Christian Witnesses in Ghana will begin their annual district conventions throughout the country from August 2 to October 20, 2013. The theme of the convention is "God's Word is Truth".

In Accra, witnesses will converge on the Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Christian Witnesses at Baatsonaa, near Nungua, for the convention.

Topics to be discussed include: "What is truth?" which will examine why Christians should trust God's word, the Bible. There will be two dramatic plays that will bring bible stories and their lessons to life.

A statemnet issued by Jehovah's Christian Witnesses  extended invitation to the public to attend the programme. The programme sessions begin at 9:20 a.m. each day and admission is free.
