NDC behind attack on my church – Rev Owusu Bempah
The founder of the Glorious Word and Power Ministries International, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah has accused the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) of being behind Wednesday's attack on his church.
According to him, the party is hiding behind his prophecy about the imminent death of the National Chief Imam, Sheik Nuhu Sharabutu, to attack him and his church.
He also praised the Chief Imam for calling the attackers to order, saying knowing the Islamic leader as a man of peace, he has cemented his trust in him as a reliable statesman on whom the nation can depend.
He accused the NDC of being against him because he prophesied the defeat of the party in the 2016 general elections.
Speaking on Kofi TV in Accra on Friday, he said the NDC will again lose the 2020, stressing that there is no way the party will come to power if ex-President John Mahama is its flagbearer.
