3 Kumasi boys 'drown' at Nungua beach whilst attending wedding in Accra
Three young men from Kumasi, including a teenager, who went at the Nungua Shinning Beach whilst visiting Accra to attend a wedding ceremony, reportedly drowned last Sunday
victims, whose identities are yet to be known, were part of a team of 20 people who travelled from Kumasi in the Ashanti Region to attend a wedding in Accra.
Before the wedding, the victims, aged between 17 and 22, joined their friends to go to Nungua Shinning Beach to swim but reportedly drowned in the process.
The bodies of the three are yet to be found.

Confirming the incident to Graphic Online in Accra, the Public Relations Officer of the Accra Regional Police Command, Deputy Superintendent of Police (ASP) Mrs Effia Tenge, said a team had been deployed to search and retrieve the bodies.
She said the police received the information regarding the incident around 5:30 pm last Sunday, adding that efforts were being made to retrieve the bodies of the three young men.
