Picture: GABRIEL AHIABOR.The Graphic Communications Group Limited (GCGL) says it will strengthen its business ties with Vodafone Ghana to help promote the GCGL’s transformational programmes and also make for a mutually beneficial relationship between the two companies.

The Managing Director of the GCGL, Mr Kenneth Ashigbey, said in Accra yesterday that the GCGL’s transition from an analogue system to a digital platform required the services of Vodafone.

Mr Ashigbey was interacting with Vodafone’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Haris Broumidis, when the latter called on the GCGL MD at the company’s head office in Accra yesterday.

“We want to move our relationship with Vodafone to a higher notch,” Mr Ashigbey said, adding that the GCGL would need the services of the telecommunications company to drive its transformational programmes.

He told Mr Broumidis that Vodafone already had a good relationship with the GCGL, describing it as being fruitful and beneficial.

Mr Ashigbey said Vodafone could be of immense benefit to the GCGL in growing its brands by offering quality, fast Internet services.

Mr Broumidis, in reply, described the GCGL as a vibrant organisation and expressed his preparedness to help in the company’s transformational drive.

He said the visit was to help strengthen Vodafone’s relationship with the management of the GCGL, first as business partners.

Mr Broumidis was formerly with Vodafone United Kingdom (UK).
