Church of the Living God give Mamprobi Polyclinic facelift

Members of The Church of the Living God (TCLG) have given the Mamprobi Polyclinic a facelift as part of their 50th-anniversary celebrations.

Dressed in blue polo shirts, hundreds of the TCLG members spent Tuesday, August 21 painting, cleaning and weeding the premises of the hospital in Accra.

Explaining the reasons for choosing Mamprobi Polyclinic to benefit from the charitable gesture, the Public Relations Officer of the Planning Committee, Reverend Jonathan Nii Attoh Okine said it was because of its proximity to the church.

He said the sprucing up of the facility was part of events lined up by the church to climax the celebrations themed: Raising Loyal Leaders of the Church-Disciples.

The events included: a float, a donation to a children's hospital and a dinner and awards ceremony to appreciate persons who have dedicated themselves to the church. The celebrations will be climaxed in December.

The Chairman of the Planning Committee, Apostle Cephas Odartey Lartey disclosed that all the activities will be funded by the church coffers.
