Junior Graphic National Essay Competition readies for grand finale

The final group of participants in the National Junior Graphic Essay Competition on Thursday moved a step closer to the finals after writing an essay at the head office of the Graphic Communications Group Limited (GCGL) in Accra.

The participants, eight in number, spent an hour to write the essay on the topic: “Free SHS will enhance youth development” at the Mirror House Training Room of the GCGL.  

The participants included Aseyendi Esi Tamakloe, Ancilla Primary School; Jeremy Papa-Amanor Dodoo, Ministry of Health Basic School; Deborah Zon, Unique Child international School; Samuel Johnson Sokpoli, Trinity Academy and Blessing Mark, Lybian International School, all in Accra.

The rest are Nana Kofi Ansah Ohene from Mizpah International School; Naa Amerley Amartey from Additrom Preparatory School; while The Lord’s Academy was represented by Dorothy Nyarko.

According to the organizers, examiners would start marking the papers upon collation of all the scripts nationwide ahead of the grand finale slated for February 23, 2017.
