‘Focus on potential to be successful in life’

The Managing Director of Crown Prince Academy (CPA), Mrs Susanne Prince-Boateng, has called on students to always focus on their potential rather than their limitations.

That, she said, was to enable them to succeed in life.

Mrs Prince-Boateng said this at the 15th graduation ceremony of the CPA in Accra.

The event was on the theme: “Effective Communication: An important tool for stakeholder engagement in education”.

Activities

The pupils and students put up some cadet, drama and cultural performances at the ceremony.

Mrs Prince-Boateng urged the graduands to thank God for seeing them through their basic education and advised them to give all blessings to God.

Be curious

The Co-founder of Lead Afrique, Mrs Letitia Ohene-Effah, called on students to be curious, creative and courageous in all they did.

The Headmistress of CPA, Mrs Belief Amponi-Kagson, said since 2004, the school had graduated 1,277 students who could now be found in various fields of endeavours.

She urged the students to be humble, take their studies seriously and pursue their dreams and interests.

“Your parents have made many sacrifices to provide you with your needs to help you through this phase. They may not always be right in what they say to you but trust me, whatever your parents say or do, it is because they sincerely believe that is in your best interest,” she stated.
