Be creative - Fan Clubs told
The Volta Regional Editor of the Graphic Communications Group Ltd, Mr Tim Dzamboe, has expressed concern over the low performance of students in the English Language and has appealed to them to study hard to reverse the situation.

He said the Junior Graphic was doing a lot to assist students in the areas of English Language, Mathematics and the Sciences through its publications and advised the students to put in their best by reading regularly to broaden their horizon.
The Regional Editor said this when he swore into office a five-member executive of the Ho-Bankoe Evangelical Presbyterian (E.P) JHS Junior Graphic Fan Club during an inauguration ceremony.
Mr Dzamboe advised the students to be creative and desist from copying works of other people as their works for publication.
As part of the inauguration, a quiz organised to test how well the students read the Junior Graphic newspaper saw Group A beating Group B with 33 points against 18 to emerge winners.
The Headmistress of the school, Ms Vincentia Darkey, commended the Junior Graphic for inaugurating the club for the students and pledged the support of the teachers to put in measures to whip up interest of children to read regularly and win awards for the school.
The five members of the executive are: Dennis Konku, President, Christine Agbleke, Secretary, Juliet Quartey, Financial Secretary, Emmanuel Adio, Treasurer, Delight Dzuve, Organiser and Miss Angela Gikunoo, as the Patron of the club.
The inauguration was sponsored by Accra Brewery Limited, producers of Club Minerals and Afram Publications.
